These terms govern your use of CedarKey AI. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CedarKey AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms periodically — continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Not legal advice
CedarKey AI is a document automation tool, not a law firm. The contracts and clauses generated by this service are starting points based on general legal patterns and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney. You are responsible for ensuring any agreement you use is appropriate for your specific circumstances and compliant with local law.
Your content and data
You own the content you input and the contracts you generate. By using the service you grant CedarKey AI a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service. We do not use your contract content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the features you requested.
Acceptable use
You may not use CedarKey AI to generate fraudulent documents, impersonate another party, violate any applicable law, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We provide CedarKey AI on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service outages, data loss, or errors in generated documents. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important signed agreements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CedarKey AI's liability to you for any claim arising out of use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
