CedarKey AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of our service.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you generate a contract, we store the property details, house rules, and guest information you provide. We also collect signing event data including timestamps and IP addresses as part of the legal audit trail for each signed agreement.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to provide the CedarKey AI service — generating contracts, managing your properties, and facilitating the signing process. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your contract content to train AI models.
Data storage
Your account data and contract metadata are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Generated PDF documents are stored in Amazon S3 with private access controls. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Third-party services
We use Google Gemini to generate legal clause language from your plain-English rules. Your rules and property details are sent to Google's API for this purpose. We use Amazon Web Services for file storage. We use Sentry for error tracking, which may capture anonymized diagnostic information.
Cookies and local storage
We store your authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
